Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. During busy times, such as, but not limited to, launches or holidays, it may take a bit longer. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship via USPS, UPS, or comparable carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.—but we hope to offer international shipping in the future!
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, and delays with the carrier are out of our control, especially during peak seasons or bad weather.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order! If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll have to charge for reshipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, let us know within 7 business days of the delivery or expected delivery date, and we’ll help figure it out! While we’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, we’ll do what we can to support you through the carrier’s claim process.
