Return & Exchange Policy
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital purchases, such as but not limited to, eBooks or downloads, are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
That said, if something’s not working correctly, such as a corrupted file or a broken link, contact us and we’ll send you an updated download at no cost.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Here’s what to know:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including plastic wrapping.

Return shipping costs a not covered by OPIA. We recommend using a trackable method and keeping your receipt, as we are not liable for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If items are returned damaged or in poor condition, we won’t be able to refund you, and we may have to send the item back at your expense.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. If you’d like a different item, the best thing to do is return your order and place a new one.

You’re responsible for returned items until they reach us, so please pack them with care.

If you accidentally send us the wrong item or something that wasn’t purchased from our site, we’ll do our best to notify you, but any reshipping will be at your expense.
Reservations or Pre-orders
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
When you purchase a reservation or pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid reservation or pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
